Job Description
- keeping track of all cash and credit transactions.
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
- Ensure proper filling in a way that can be audited.
- Other tasks assigned by the finance manager.
- Responsible to provide daily and weekly Cash reconciliation report to line manager.
- Pay cash advance for the staff based on approved documents by the authorized person.
- To ensure that sufficient Petty Cash Fund is maintained at office for financing weekly expenditure and to request the replenishment of the fund before the balance is reduced to 20% of the float.
- Preparing and maintaining important QuickBooks financial reports.
- Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time.
- Collecting and analyzing financial data.
- keeping and entering financial records and data to QB system.
- Support to finance manager/officer to review the monthly financial reports, identify any requirements for cross charges and prepare the cross-charge table accordingly.
- Support Finance Manager/Officer to prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly and annual reports).
- Review the monthly financial reports in QB system and identify any error happened in the report and inform finance manager/officer for further actions.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Other tasks assigned by the finance manager.
Job Requirement
- Having knowledge of QuickBooks system for non-profit Organization.
- High communication skills
- Able to read and write English in advance level
- Computer skills (specifically office programs)
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software specially in QuickBooks
- Advanced MS Excel skills
