About (CHA) Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance: Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance (CHA) is non-governmental, non-profitable, and non-political Afghan NGO, working since 1987 mainly in agriculture, health, education, and infrastructure sectors in more vulnerable areas of the country. CHA is working through the implementation of Emergency, rehabilitation, and development projects for emergency aid for war, famine, and natural disaster-affected families in the field, to assist with the rehabilitation of rural and urban life, and to work with communities for sustainable development in Afghanistan. Job Description
- Entering collected data from the field into online and offline databases.
- Ensuring the safety and security data of the PoCs.
- Regular updating of both online and offline databases as per the received information.
- Regular checking databases for more accuracy.
- Extracting data from the systems as needed.
- Be in touch with colleagues who are gathering information from the field for entry correction and avoid any missed entries.
- Observing capitalization during data entry.
- Immediately report any technical problem during data entry.
- Any other assigned task.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences is preferred.
At least two years of experience working with NGOs and data entry.
Working experience with MIS systems and offline databases.
English fluency in both written and reading is a must.
The excellent computer still.
