Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities :
The Assistant Finance Manager will be responsible to carry out the following job description but not limited and will be directly reporting to finance manager.
Responsibilities & Experience:
- Preparing a monthly expense report, daily control of petty cash, cash out and cash in according organization financial policy.
- Controlling accountant cash book, procurements and expense as per budget line, verifying payment vouchers.
- Maintaining of the ledger and keep track of payment of travels, transportation, subcontract, house lease, procurement.
- Processing all kind of money Hawala to project sites.
- Calculating Monthly salary tax, rent tax, Withholding tax and any other monthly tax of clients as per income tax law.
- Filling monthly, quarterly and annual taxation file of clients to tax department of Afghanistan.
- Calculating quarterly monthly salary tax, rent tax, subcontractor and BRT of main office and other sister companies of TM4.
- Preparing a bank reconciliation statement, petty cash reconciling and ready for the surprise cash count all the time.
- Prepare monthly payroll of staff, payment process, tax calculation, Ezharnama clearance, project expenditure and organization expenses report to finance manager.
- Preparing project expenditure/expenses documents, cash payment voucher with coding, and keeping professional filing system and making journal entries in accounting software Quick Books.
- Make sure expenses are according budget ling and financial policy.
- Assist finance manager in monthly quarter and yearly financial statements; profit & loss report, balance sheet report and cash flow statement report.
- Support finance manager during tax audit.
- Support Finance Unit in preparation of any kind of vouchers like CPV, JV, BPV, CRV etc.
- Organizing proper filling system of finance department.
- Assistant Finance manager will be a pool between TM4, Banks and MSPs.
- Support Finance Manager in RFQs/RFP’s costing and budgeting.
- Experience in Cash transfer and cash distribution is must.
- And other official tasks assigned by line supervisor.
