Job Description
SCOPE OF WORK:
The ward nurse works at Covid 19 Hospital to predominantly deliver curative, preventive services to patients. She/he assumes responsibility and accountability for their practice, applying up to date knowledge and skills in caring for each patient.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Advancement of related nursing matters, such as seeing and recording vital signs, distributing medicines, medicines, applying medicines according to the doctor's prescription, dressing wounds in the relevant service.
- Good and compassionate treatment with all patients
- Timely and safe medication of patients according to the doctor's recommendation
- Active participation in the design and implementation of various nursing trainings inside and outside the service
- Actively raising the level of professional knowledge, especially in relation to health guidelines and professional activities
- Perform 24-hour night shift according to the time schedule provided by the hospital administration
- Applying and seriously respecting professional standards in the work sector
- Participating in the meetings of the sub-committee of the relevant department's operations and voting work

- Pursuing compliance and strict adherence to the standards set in the related department
- Active participation in the evaluations of the prescribed procedures in the relevant department

- Performing other tasks within the scope of the work area that is requested by the nursing director or higher officials of the hospital.
Job Requirement
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduated from Nursing department of recognized institute.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Will be responsible to provide required report in timely manners.
- Good coordination, networking, inter-personal and relationship building skills, and diplomacy.
- Attitudes and aptitude aligned with the positions are essential.
- Good communication and liaison skills with community and all staffs.
- Written and spoken English is a plus.
- To be able to propose solutions to the identified problems/challenges.
- Flexibility is requested regarding the working hours and the live-in community after the working hours.
