PACo priority objectives includes empowerment of people through community organization and capacity development, promoting rights of women and children, ensuring livelihood options to end hunger and food insecurity and respond to calamities and conflicts through humanitarian assistance. PACo strategically expanding its program and intervention to support most vulnerable population in Balkh, Jawzjan and Faryab provinces, with focussing on IDPs, Returnees and vulnerable host communities. For implanting planned intervention which will be focussing on community engagement, literacy, skills/vocational capacity building as well as community network/structure leaders capacity enhancement, planned to recruit Male Trainer considering the conditions and requirement state in this announcement. Job Description
- The trainer is responsible to deliver the training on community empowerment and engagement concept to 60 community networks in Balkh, Jawzjan and Faryab province within allocated timeframe.
- Trainer should prepare the training material in consideration level of understanding in the community level
- The training should be delivery in participatory manner
- The should facilitate open and friendly environment enable participant to proactively participate
- The Trainer should focus on IDP’s , Returnees and host community meaning full integration and social cohesion, encourage proactive participation of Project participating groups including women in decision making process.
- Trainer should facilitate awareness on community / CDCs member responsibility toward addressing the needs and challenges the faced.
- Trainer should increase the power of critical thinking in community network representative to realize their entitlement and demand for services from duty bearer
- The trainer should facilitate the endorsement of Person of concern ( IDPs, Returnees and vulnerable host community ) proactive participation in decision making process in their community level
- Develop Training report of each batch enforced by supporting document
Job Requirement
- Hold University degree
- Minimum 4 years art experience with NGOs or other academic institutions
- Able to work in multi-cultural environment, travel and stay in field
- Have good training facilitation skill
- Able to peak in local language and have good communicate skill
- Able to prepare training delivery report
