Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities :
A- OSP -Project Assistant(Only Female)
- OSP Assisstant should help the OSP staff in coducting survey and need assesment of orphan in 8th and 12th districts of Kabul city
- Conduct survey and need assessment for Orphan Support Program
- Conduct proper need Assessment for selection of geographical area and program designing ,planning and smooth execution of every project & program of HHRD in Kabul Province
- Introduce HHRD at community & filed level for better image building.
- Ensure high-quality and successful Implementation of orphan support Program
- Prepare program Implementation reports as per requirement of Ministry & directorates of Economy Afghanistan in Dari/Pashtu & English
- Data Collection of Orphan Children and keep update on OSP online Portal
- Collect & upload progress, health and social reports of all sponsored children in Kabul province
- Conduct meetings with Orphan mothers guardians and community stake holders for their Protection
- Arrange safe distributions of all OSP & others HHRD Project and Programs in Kabul province
- Conduct different sessions with sponsored Orphans, their mothers and key stakeholders for their grooming & upliftment
- Establish good liaison with different authorities of line department
- B- Emeregcny Project Assistant(Male and Female)
- Emeregency project assistant should carry out survey and need asseement of targeted families in trageted province of central and northern region
- Type and update lists of families selceted for getting the relief
- Conduct proper need Assessment for selection of geographical area and program designing ,planning and smooth execution of every project & program of HHRD in Kabul Province
- Introduce HHRD at community & filed level for better image building.
- Ensure high-quality and successful Implementation of orphan support Program
- Prepare program Implementation reports as per requirement of Ministry & directorates of Economy Afghanistan in Dari/Pashtu & English
Job Requirement
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of social sciences recognized universities
- At least two years of experience of working with NGOs or three years with government
- Previous experience with HHRD would be an asset
- Good communication skills in English, Dari and Pashto
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent in English and Dari typing and speaking
