Job Description

Job Description:

  • Perform admin and financial duties of the relevant province
  • Maintain coordination with ACHRO admin and finance teams
  • Check and control staff daily attendance
  • Prepare provincial office staff timesheets
  • File all administrative and financial documents
  • Organize meetings and provide supplies required
  • Perform any other duties as required 
  • Prepare vouchers based on supporting documents
  • Check the accuracy of bills before making payment
  • Check project expenses, supporting documents, and payment approval
  • Manage and record day to day expenses through petty cash
  • Provide monthly cashbook to head office
  • Reconcile cashbook
  • Count cash daily
  • Provide assistance to the administration team in purchasing office supplies and equipment
  • Keep track of inventory lists of sub-recipients with real stock
  • Supervise and control all expenses related to vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor in Business Administration and other relevant fields
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in finance and administration
  • Fluent in speaking and writing Dari, Pashto & English languages
  • Familiar with computer and office packages
  • Familiar with QuickBooks
  • Planning, and prioritizing skills
  • Honest, Motivated, tolerant, active and well mannered
  • Strong Interpersonal & communication skills
