About HEWAD, Reconstruction, Health & Humanitarian Assistance Committee: HEWAD is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profitable charity organization established in 1994 to provide Medical, Educational, Social and Humanitarian Assistance to needy people of Afghanistan. HEWAD implements primary health care to needy people of Afghanistan, and within those focuses on the provision of health care to the most vulnerable group, children, and women. HEWAD provides perfect health education, information, and service to Afghans in order to improve their living conditions. Also, special emphasis will be on the Health, capacity building, the community development and the alleviation of poverty. Program Overview: HEWAD with the support of UNHCR running Encashment center for Returnees in Jamal Mina Kandahar city and provide basic Health Services, Psych-social Counseling, Health and Hygiene Education and Referral Services to the Returnees. HEWAD is seeking qualify MD Doctor to Manage this center.

Job Description

  • Responsible to thoroughly understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members, and manage all requirements accordingly to realize each for the stakeholder.
  • Prepare monthly action plans for project.
  • Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback.
  • Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives.
  • Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.
  • Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
  • Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management.
  • Follow Accelerant policies, procedures and methodologies.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder’s needs and requirements continuously in view.
  • Work collaboratively with development staff and support staff to maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities, and to ensure that all communications between Accelerant and its stakeholders are precise.
  • Submit – on a timely basis – all required project reporting using weekly, monthly, quarterly, and mission and assessment reports
  • Other duties may be assigned. 

Job Requirement

Qualification:

  • MD from Recognized University

Experience:

  •  5 Year Experience 

Other Requirements:

  • Report Writing Skill Computer Skill
