About Marie Stopes International Afghanistan: Marie Stopes International Afghanistan (MSI-A) is a branch office of MSI and was established in August 2002 after registration with the Government of Afghanistan. MSI-A focus is to reduce maternal mortality rate through providing quality and sustainable maternal child health (MCH) and reproductive health (RH) services and information in 14 Provinces in coordination with the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), Religious Affairs, of Afghanistan. MSIA achieves this through a network of 31 static, mobile, and satellite centers, 28 midwife entrepreneurs, and 320 Community Health Workers (CHWs). MSIA also enhances the enabling environment for mother and child health through policy engagement and training to increase the size of the skilled workforce to provide quality RH services in Afghanistan.

Job Description

Job Description:

The CLIC Operator's primary responsibility is the data entry of clients against established goals and objectives. S/he ensures that client data are recorded accurately. The CliC Operator is responsible for the preparation of the client reports when required.

Duties & Responsibilities

Properly understanding of MSI-A mission and vision.

Maintaining disciplined and friendly behavior with clinic clients

Getting full knowledge of CLIC software for proper data entry

Maintaining of reporting schedule and reporting systems

Client filing systems to be maintained in accordance to CLIC requirements

Keeping client files and information confidential at all times

Accurate interpretation, compilation, and entering of data in the CLIC system

Proper analysis and verification to ensure data integrity

Storing correct information in the desired database locations (completing all client required information in CLIC Reporting System

Completion of the required task within the desired deadlines

Manage additional responsibilities including troubleshooting, file back-ups, regular updating, and retrieval of data as and when required

Being responsible for sending daily CLIC reports /data extracts to CLIC team on daily/weekly basis

Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential

To be able to work outside of the normal working hours.

Assistance in keeping your work areas in the center tidy, neat, and clean.

Being responsible for keeping data back-ups on weekly basis

Reporting monthly staff fingerprint attendances (Hard & Soft)

Keeping Client confidentiality and you are not allowed to share any information about clients outside organization, and unauthorized people in the organization

Fix the IT system only when you can at your clinic, in case of IT problem contact with BI / IT Team

Maintaining good teamwork with all related staff

You are required to demonstrate excellent behavior with clients

Job Requirement

Diploma in midwifery / Diploma in Information Technology

Fluency of local languages (Dari & Pashto) and English language

Good communication skills and ability to interact successfully with staff and clients.

knowledge of using Smartphones and internet application over Android and computer

Having fast typing skills of English Keyboard

2 years, preferably with Health Providing NGOs
