Job Description
- Welcome and greet all patients and visitors at the clinic
- Register new clients and updating existing client demographics
- Facilitate patient flow and reducing bottlenecks, support screening and triage
- Respond to patient inquiries
- Support affective triage by alter
- Protects client confidentiality by ensuring health information is secured and not leaving the computer unattended
- Responsible for the overall data management and record keeping at the health facility
- Report on weekly basis the updated registration to the Health information Officer and Health Manager
- Receive and convey messages
- Fill in daily statistics (registrations, admissions) and submits to doctor
- Enter required health information from patient files into data system, from initial entry into the clinic and clinical notes.
- Collaborate closely with medical doctors and other health providers

- Fluency in English, Pashto/Dari

- Experience with healthcare administration
