Implementation and follow-up of the Organization's policies and procedures
Performs clinical assessment and diagnostic Sonography & Echocardiography examinations
Uses independent judgment during the Sonography exam to accurately differentiate between normal and pathologic findings
Analyses sonograms, synthesizes sonographic information and medical history, and communicates findings to the appropriate physician
Assumes responsibility for the safety, mental and physical comfort of patients while they are in the sonographer's care
Performs all requested sonographic & Echocardiographic examinations as ordered by the physicians
Prepares reports as required
Prepare monthly action plan and daily work schedule and performs related clerical duties
Assumes responsibility for the safety and well-being of all patients in the echocardiographic area/department
To provide training for other MDs for short term training as required
Ability to evaluate, synthesize, and communicate diagnostic information to the physicians
Ability to follow established departmental procedures
Ability to work efficiently and cope with emergency situations
Positions patients, applies medical gels and electrodes, connects and adjusts equipment and verifies wave signals
Produces high-quality imaging
Records examination details by printing data and reporting them as required  
Observes all safety policies and protocols for patient protection
Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by following established procedures to safeguard confidential information
Using PPE kit while examining COVID-19 patient
For personal protection infection-control training required and he should be fitted for respirators, such as N95

Perform hand hygiene before and after every patient encounter
