About AKHS-A (Aga Khan Health Service-Afghanistan): Aga Khan Health Services (AKHS) is one of the most comprehensive private, not‐for‐profit health care systems in the developing world with community health programs in large geographical areas in Central and South Asia, as well as in East Africa. The Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan (AKHS, A) was established in 2003 as part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). AKHS, A provides health care services mainly on behalf of the government including the Ministry of Public Health’s of Afghanistan’s Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) and Essential Package of Hospital Services (EPHS). AKHS, A is unique both in scale and scope, delivering critical health services along the continuum of care, from Community Health Workers (CHWs) to ISO certified hospital facilities. Since 2003 AKHS, A is implementing Healthcare services in Bamyan, Baghlan and Badakhshan provinces. The agency’s scope of work includes the provision of primary and secondary Healthcare, Preventive and curative medical care, Nursing and Midwifery education, Human Resources Development and Hospital Management. The current working modality and role of AKHS, A in Bamyan and Badakhshan provinces as BPHS and EPHS implementer. AKHS, A provides technical support as well as capacity building of health personnel, immunization services, nutrition trainings and the training of Community Health Nurses and Community Health Midwifery. AKHS, A tapped into internal and other donor fundings to continue supplementary and complementary supports to the national health system. Moreover, AKHS, A scale up AKDN innovations, including, expansions of e-Health services, e-learning initiatives, and cross border arrangements. To promote healthy environment, AKHS, A is implementing net zero and greenhouse gas emission.
Job Description
- برخورد و سلوک مناسب با پرسونل کلینیک ومراجعین ، احترام به کلتور وعنعنات مردم ومطابعت از ان
- اجرا وتطبیق پروگرام های جدید انکشافی
- پا بند بودن به وظیفه و رعایت قوانین وضع شده.
- سهم گیری درتریننگ ها و انتقال دانش آموخته شده به سایر کارمندان مرکزصحی مطابق به پلان تریننگ داخلی مرکزصحی
- فراهم نمودن و ارائه تعلیمات وتبلیغات صحی براى مراجعين ونیازمندان
- همکاری در اداره، هماهنگی ، راپور دهی بموقع از حوادث غیر مترقبه و پاسخ اضطراری به ان
- مسول تطبیق ونظارت از استفاده معقول ادویه (RUD) در بخش مربوطه
- مسؤل اداره ونظارت از تطبیق ستندردهای وقایه ازانتان در مرکز صحی
- تطبيق و ارزيابى رشد و نمو Growth monitoring ) ) ،راجستر دقیق و تعقیب واقعات سؤ تغذی نزد تمام اطفال پایینتر ازپنج سال
- تطبیق درست پروگرام IMCI و نظارت ازبخش ORT corner
- معاونت با دوکتوران به منظور عرضه خدمات بهترو با کیفیت
- ارایه خدمات اخذ و تطبیق خون به مریضان نیازمند شدید به خون به اساس فرمایش داکتر معالج بعد از کراسمچ توسط لابراتوار
- نظارت از تهیه واستفاده محلول کلورین در مرکزصحی و رعایت دقیق ستندرد های وقایه از انتان .
- نظارت از فعالیت های کارگران در حفظ الصحه کلینیک
- اشتراک در شورای صحی به سطح مرکزصحی
- عرضه خدمات صحی اولیه درواقعات عاجل
- اشتراک در تطبیق پروگرام بهبود کیفیت
- مراقبت وراجسترمریضان داخل بستر
- واقعه یابی، جمع آوری نمونه بلغم مریضان مشکوک ،راجستر,تعقیب و تداوی مریضان توبرکلوزمطابق به رژیم DOTs و راپور دهی ماهانه و ربع وار مریضان توبرکلوز
- اداره و راپوردهی منظم و بموقع از ادویه ضد توبرکلوز
- تعلیم وآگاهی دادن به CHW در مورد واقعات توبرکلوز تحت تداوی که به کلینیک دسترسی ندارند و تعقیب منظم آن توسط CHW
- اجرای وظایف سپرده شده در ساحه کاری از طرف آمر کلینیک .
- تبلیغات صحی، واقعه یابی، مشوره دهی، تداوی، راجستریشن, راپور دهی منظم، تعقیب و راجع ساختن مریضان روانی و معلولین مطابق به رهنمود BPHS به مراکز صحی بالاتر
- سهم گیری فعال درتطبیق ستندرد های جدید بهبود کیفیت
Job Requirement
SPECIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS)
Education: Diploma in Nursing.
Work Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in hospitals/clinics particularly as a Nurse.
Skill: Good communication skills in Dari and proven management ability.
General: Local resident of Bamiyan Province can apply for this position.
Languages: Written and Spoken fluency in local languages (Dari) is a must.
