About Move Welfare Organization: MOVE is a National humanitarian, independent, non-political, non-sectarian organization which is aiming for an equitable & quality standard health care for all Afghans throughout its endless effort to response to highly vulnerable group, mother & children, who are victim of various deadly diseases as well as having the high rates of morbidity & mortality in the country. The policy of MOVE is to conduct the activities honorably and ethically, in the illumination of public accountability and consistency with applicable laws, rules, guidelines and practices to non-governmental agencies. MOVE Welfare Organization has been founded in 2005 by a group of professionals in health care management. MOVE was registered with Ministry of Economy (Reg. No. 45) & signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Ministry of Public Health on 21.11.2005 (MoU No. 05). Since January 2011, STEP Health and Development Organization Merged with MOVE Welfare Organization and working as on entity under the name of MOVE Welfare Organization.
Job Description
- Assist in the Implementation of organization policies procedures (Technical)
- Assist in overall leading implementation monitoring follow-up coordination and reporting of the project.
- Implementing RMNCAH services in project sites
- Responsible for the implementation of work plan, and quarterly PO departments action plan
- Ensure for Planning, implementation and supervision of the FHH project in accordance to the project objectives.
- Regular follow up of the medical standards of FHH concept and objectives
- Responsible for third party monitoring all requirements are fulfilled at FHHs
- Responsible for follow up of achievement of all indicators against target in all FHH
- Responsible for preparation of reports base on UNFPA, MOVE, MoPH requirements and develop health information systems (HMIS) as Monthly, quarterly, Semiannual and Annual reports.
- Ensure data collection, record the data, analyze and provide feedback to relevant department and FHHs
- Prepare monthly and quarterly project reports and timely submit to required responsible
- Responsible for HMIS/EPI data entry, analyze, interpretation, feedback and reporting of FHH
- Coordinate and follow the implementation of project work plan activities and objectives by different sections.
- Compile and analyze FHH HMIS/EPI data and provide the feedback to FHH staff.
- Lead the implementation of HQIP program (implementation, committee, reporting, supply) of all FHHs
- Coordinate technical issues with PHD, MoPH, UNs and partners Organization with cooperation of project manager and Participate in PHCC Meeting
- Establish the supervisory and monitoring system (plan, follow-up, implementation, reporting), strengthens supervisors for implementation
- Establish and Lead the technical required committees (HMIS, pharmacy, IP, dead review,GRM, HQIP, EPR, …)
- Responsible for evaluation of technical staff regarding the needs and quality of service providing.
- Overall management of the capacity building plan based on agreed annual work plan.
- Responsible for frequent travel to FHH, SDP and ensuring the activity has done by supervisors.
- Manage appropriate and timely supply of drugs, equipment’s, logistic supplies of health facilities.
- Responsible to set the project targets with the coordination of project manager and PO required technical staff
- and follow the performances against objectives.
- Preparation of (EPI) plan in coordination with PEMT and follow up its activities in the field. Identify and report the outbreak of communicable disease and take immediate actions in collaboration with PEMT
- Do whatever related job is delegated by the supervisors

Job Requirement
- Management skills.
- Technical knowledge of reporting, report collecting, analyzing and feedback
- Communication skills and knowledge of local communities.
- Knowledge of English and Dari Languages.
- Work skills in hard environment.
