Job Description
PURPOSE
The Physical Rehabilitation Trainee performs, under strict supervision by his/her superiors, basic physiotherapist activities form the post-acute to the rehabilitation stage in an ICRC-supported rehabilitation structure during both emergence and non-emergency situations. During the assignment s/he fulfils various basic roles in promoting, improving and maintaining people’s mobility, health and well-being, while acquiring essential technical knowledge and furthering his/her skills.

- 12th. class certificate
- Basic English, spoken and written
- Willingness and ability to follow P&I studies in future
- Proven manual dexterity
- Dedication towards sick and disabled people
Functional Responsibilities:
- Works according to agreed priorities and provides timely physical rehabilitation services within an interdisciplinary approach.
- Contributes to keeping working space/rooms and equipment clean and tidy.
- Helps patients get ready to receive the relevant clinical/physical rehabilitation service and responds to minor practical requests from them.
- Participates proactively in planned hands-on and theoretical training/capacity building
