Job Description
KEY RELATIONS
Reports to Medical doctor in mobile health team
Collaborates with: Members of the Mobile Health Team (MHT), and the ECHO Project staff
Actively contributes to MHT and ECHO Project Team Meeting at field level, field level.
Summary of Key Functions
To decrease the mortality and morbidity of EPI target diseases by doing vaccination in catchments area
To provide the awareness session to people about health
Contribute to the follow up of the beneficiaries’ care practices.
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor,
KEY RESULT EXPECTED
Vaccination Part
Responsible of immunization for the women and children in services delivery point and outreach area
Make clean vaccination
Give awareness to population about vaccination
Fill out EPI card and Fill out the register book and required EPI reporting system
Check the maintenance of the cold chain
Contribute to PMET for preparation of micro-plan for target area
Follow up the stock of vaccine and non-vaccine materials
Giving regular monthly order according to the need
Provide report in giving feedback of the immunization activity on a monthly basis
Health Education Part
Do heath education about different subjects per day and no more than 10 peoples in one session

To be tactful and having strong interpersonal skills and communication
Willingness to work under COVID-19 situation, but will be having PPE and IPC measurement provided
Willingness to learn new skills
Education and working experience
Graduated from 12 grade higher will preferred especially medical institute at least one year previous experience in the relevant field.
4.4 Languages Skills:
Fluency in spoken and written Dari and Pashtu is a requirement. English Language skills is a plus point.
