Job Summary:

He will work as a Quality Control Engineer and complete the project as per given approved design drawings, specifications and construction schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Realization of technical goals and effective control of adaptive process according to defined criteria.
• Quality control of all construction materials, especially asphalt (quality control of its primary materials, mix design, and field applications
• Monitoring and control of construction materials in the field and controlling the results of the tests carried out accurately in accordance with the criteria that have been defined and ensuring its future.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate the quality and reliability of construction materials used in the field.
• Realizing the goals of physical and financial resources by predicting the needs and using them to achieve quality and effectiveness.
• Strict control and supervision to meet the technical demand.
• Arranging the report and presenting suggestions, and theories for improvement in the implementation of the standard of project affairs.
• Achieving general goals through information and suggestions based on the definition of general and timed plans.
• Training, planning, coaching, counseling, supervision, and justification of employees and workers to carry out the tasks assigned to them.
• Performance evaluation related to technical activities and standards of all employees.
• Day – to day follow-up to achieve planning goals related to the regulation of affairs and its technical maintenance, finding deficiencies, and searching for suitable solutions to carry out activities.
• Identifying shortcomings and technical problems and searching for a suitable solution in order to improve standard implementations.
• Implementation of all matters in accordance with the requests and instructions for the effectiveness and quality of the project and its accountability
