Job Description
- Responsible for the overall M&E activities of the project;
- Responsible to design and establish an effective M&E and supervision system within the project;
- Responsible for the overall M&E activities of the project and to oversee that the M&E activities are conducted on a regular basis;
- Visit the project regularly, find out the deviations from the set targets and standards, identify weak areas, and find reasonable and proper solutions;
- Prepares timely reports, provides feedback, prepares action plans and follow up;
- Ensure joint teamwork and effective coordination with other project staff as well as counterparts/stakeholders, especially local PPHD OR PHO staff;
- Responsible for maintaining close coordination and sharing fieldwork schedule with UNFPA and local PPHD through developing a joint supportive supervision and monitoring plan and follow-up corrective measures;
- Ensure implementation of different project activities as per related guidelines, policies, and recommendations of the MoPH, donor agency, and organization;
- Ensure active participation and input in project surveys or evaluations;
Any other tasks and responsibilities required for the project implementation and requested by the direct supervisor and/or main office authorities
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications: MD / MBBS degree or graduation documents from a registered medical institute.
Experience: At least three years of practical experience in M&E management at NGOs and reputable organizations
Training: Proven records of activities in M&E.
Technology: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Language: Fluent in verbal and written English and Dari/Pashto
Communication: Excellent in communicating with people, written/verbal
