Job Description

  1. Implement and observing of all national guidelines and norms of the EPI system.
  2. Perform duty according to the vaccination norms and protocols.
  3. Determines appropriate vaccine type and dose volume appropriate for each client.
  4. Doing vaccination for the returnees both for children and women.
  5. Collect on-time data and registration.
  6. Keeping the proper temperature of the vaccine refrigerator and keeping a record of the temperature.
  7. Filling the tally sheet of vaccination on a daily basis.
  8. Observing hygiene on a daily basis.
  9. Inform the relevant supervisor in case the refrigerator or other equipment is not working.
  10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of your performance and submitted to your close supervisor.
  11. Attend and participate in a meeting and training when invited by management staff.
  12. Keep care of disposes sharps medical items and take them to the receptacle.
  13. Educate people and communicate the importance of vaccines to the people and encourage them to apply the vaccine.
  14. Ensure you have enough supply in your cool chain.
  15. Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement

1. Graduated from high school or health related program and received vaccination training certificate (EPI Initially training).
2. At least two years work experience in vaccination.

3. Computer knowledge and the English language are advantageous.

4. Excellent communication skills.
