Job Description
- Using the project training plan, build the professional skills of nutrition counselors.
- Conduct training need assessment, design, conduct training and post training follow-up.
- Develop training work plans, training materials (training manuals & handouts).
- Undertake regular supervision visits and assess the impact of training
- Identify training gaps/needs, and or areas of improvements - document best practices and lessons learnt.
- Generate comprehensive training report and update the training database.
- Establish and maintain productive work relationships and coordinate activities with the PPHD.
Any other related task as assigned by line supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Afghan National
- Graduated from the medical faculty, nursing or midwifery of a recognized university or institute.
- The candidate must be trained on MIYCN ToT.
- At least one year experience in the relevant field.
- Fluent in Dari and Pashto languages.
- Organizational skills are necessary.
- Good communication skills.
