Job Description
- Weighing the raw materials needed to produce Eye drops.
- Washing pharmaceutical containers with distilled water
- Filling production form and sign it.
- Dissolving raw material with machine or manually.
- Changing filters daily
- Filtering the dissolved solution by filter machine
- Assuring that tips, caps and bottles washed with distilled water.
- Filling bottles with medicine according to specified volume by filling machine or by hand
- Ensuring sterilization of filled bottles by autoclave machine.
- Ensuring that the temperature of autoclave and the sterilization time is adjusted by the timer.
- Cutting labels from the printed sheet
- Ensuring bottle’s labeling area are cleaned.
- Ensuring of the labeling of produced eye drops.
- Making sure the counting of produced bottles are correct and insert the number in the production form
- Ensuring the cleaning of the components of weighing area of drug composition.
- Arrangement of pharmaceutical systems equipment.
- Ensuring of washing and cleaning of pharmaceutical machines and their tables at the beginning and end of day.
- Ensuring the cleaning and washing of fluorescein tubes and anesthetic bottles returned from hospitals/clinics.
- Determining PH of medicinal substances when necessary.
- Supervising the work of other pharmacy employees in order to do the assigned work properly and regularly.
- Solving issues in the pharmaceutical laboratory.
- Taking care of pharmacy equipment and systems.
- Ensuring of the correct amount of pH and required tests in quality control.
- Ensuring the sterility tests of the final products and recording the results in related forms
- Practicing standards (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Job Requirement
- Successful computer course completion
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel,
- Knowledge of working with Laboratory and medicine production.
- Fluency in written and spoken Dari.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent organizational and relational skills
- Having bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
- Familiar on working instrument and repairing them is necessary.
