Job Description
responsibilities:
- Respect the internal organization and MOPH rules and policies.
- If some day MD on leave and not available in DIC the nurse will be the backup for MD.
- Assist the medical doctors in IPD for follow up of treatment of patients.
- Nurse will provide the service such us dressing, injection, Daily check of vital signs of patients and record of IPD patients in progress note and implementation of medical doctor order timely.
- To keep regular clinical records and statistics of COVID patients.
- Nurse is responsible to apply the doctor orders and relevant procedures.
- Prepare monthly activities report to his/her line manager.
- Conduct regular follow-up visits of the COVID-19 affected staff and their immediate family members at home, tracking progress and monitoring health condition for any changes.
- Daily follow up of IPD clients regarding hygiene.
- To perform emergency first care, if needed.
- Nurse is responsible for medical items sterilization or disinfection.
- Must be familiar with all equipment such as Monitor, ECG, etc.--.
Perform other related activities assigned by his line manager
Job Requirement
- Qualification: Graduated from Medical Institute with proofed documents without proofed document will not be accepted the applicant.
- Experience: 1) At least 6 months’ experience in COVID prevention.2) experience in IPD health services for bed patients.
- At least 3 years nursing practical experiences of IPD.
- Enable provide the monthly and quarter reports and need base information to manager.
- Positive attitude and familiarity with People Who Injecting Drugs (PWIDs).
- Excellent oral and writing skills in Pashto, Dari language
