Job Description

For executing a service agreement with an international agency, GTA need the service of M&E filed coordinators/ enumerators. The primary objective of the role is to fully understand the objectives and requirements of the services, collect data from the various sources (including beneficiaries), coordinate with the IPs, carry our translations of survey sheets, data validation/ cleansing, and data security and backup. Following activities are expected to be performed:

Understanding data collection targets and data collection tools

Collection of data through digital tools following the related guidelines. 

Perform data validation to avoid discrepancies and summarize data

Input data into excel or other sheets where needed

Attend focus group discussions when required

Job Requirement

We are looking for young male and female candidates with hands on experience in the area of data collection and filed coordination. He/ She should be aware of the latest trends, tools and technologies of data collection. 

The expert should have at least 3 years of relevant experience with a university degree in the field of business management, agriculture, health, education, social sciences, and other similar fields. He/ She should be fluent in at least one of the local languages (Dari / Pashto) and English. 

He/ She should be a team worker, a problem solver, and should possess good communication skills.
