About Marie Stopes International Afghanistan: Marie Stopes International Afghanistan (MSIA) was established after registration with government of Afghanistan in August 2002. MSIA follows the mission statement of MSI, which is to Improve Afghan women’s health and well-being so that they can in turn build strong and healthy families. Our focus is to contribute to reducing the maternal mortality ratio, providing quality, sustainable MCH/RH and family planning services and information across all provinces of Afghanistan in coordination with the Ministry of Public Health, Afghanistan. MSIA is currently operating in 14 provinces of Afghanistan namely, Kabul, Balkh, Herat, Jawzjan Faryab, Nangarhar, Baghlan, Kunduz, Badakhshan, Takhar, Samangan, Helmand, Kandahar, and Kapisa. MSIA delivers MCH/RH and family planning services through various channels such that centers, outreaches, social marketing and MS Ladies. Job Description
- Properly understanding MSI-A mission and vision.
- Maintaining disciplined and friendly behavior with clinic clients
- Getting full knowledge of CLIC software for proper data entry
- Maintaining reporting schedule and reporting systems
- Client filing systems are to be maintained in accordance with CLIC requirements
- Keeping client files and information confidential at all times
- Accurate interpretation, compilation, and entry of data in the CLIC system
- Proper analysis and verification to ensure data integrity
- Storing correct information in the desired database locations (completing all client-required information in CLIC Reporting System
- Completion of the required task within the desired deadlines
- Manage additional responsibilities, including troubleshooting, file back-ups, regular updating, and retrieval of data as and when required
- Being responsible for sending daily CLIC reports /data extracts to the CLIC team on a daily/weekly basis
- Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- To be able to work outside of normal working hours.
- Assistance in keeping your work areas in the center tidy, neat and clean.
- Being responsible for keeping data back-ups on a weekly basis
- Reporting monthly staff fingerprint attendances (Hard & Soft)
- Keeping Client confidentiality and you are not allowed to share any information about clients outside the organization, and unauthorized people in the organization
- Fix the IT system only when you can at your clinic, in case of IT problem contact with BI / IT Team
- Maintaining good teamwork with all related staff
- You are required to demonstrate excellent behavior with clients
- To strengthen the referral system and refer patients to medical staff / other clinic facilities when needed.
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Information Technology
- Fluency of local language and English language
- Good communication skills and ability to interact successfully with staff and clients.
- knowledge of using Smartphones and internet applications over Android and computer
- Having good typing skills in English Keyboard
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Computer and field
- 2 years of NGOs, preferably with Health Providing sectors
