About Move Welfare Organization: MOVE is a National humanitarian, independent, non-political, non-sectarian organization which is aiming for an equitable & quality standard health care for all Afghans throughout its endless effort to response to highly vulnerable group, mother & children, who are victim of various deadly diseases as well as having the high rates of morbidity & mortality in the country. The policy of MOVE is to conduct the activities honorably and ethically, in the illumination of public accountability and consistency with applicable laws, rules, guidelines and practices to non-governmental agencies. MOVE Welfare Organization has been founded in 2005 by a group of professionals in health care management. MOVE was registered with Ministry of Economy (Reg. No. 45) & signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Ministry of Public Health on 21.11.2005 (MoU No. 05). Since January 2011, STEP Health and Development Organization Merged with MOVE Welfare Organization and working as on entity under the name of MOVE Welfare Organization.
Job Description
- Act according to MOVE organization policies and procedures.
- Represent MOVE in all related coordination and meetings at the project office and community level.
- Work with a cooperative attitude and keep a high standard of quality
- In close coordination with the provincial RH officer and mentorship program coordinator, prepare a detailed mentoring plan for first, second, and third mentorship visits from FHHs including service delivery improvement plan follow-ups, learning activities, and data review.
- Conduct baseline assessment from the FHHs jointly with the mentorship program coordinator and provincial RH officer.
- Conduct mentorship follow up visits for the improvement of knowledge, skill, and attitude of the midwives of FHHs for the provision of quality RMNCAH services.
- Conduct mobile phone-based mentor with CMWs and support the practice of skills of midwives during the provision of services.
- Conduct assessments (internal assessment and end-line assessment) from the FHHs during and after providing support jointly with the mentorship program coordinator and provincial RH officer.
- Support midwives of the FHHs in the preparation, analysis, and submission of reports on weekly and monthly bases.
- Ensure sufficient and proper record keeping of activities including mentoring plans, implementation progress, and mentoring visits
- Prepare and submit activity reports on a monthly and quarterly based, as required including key issues, achievements, successes, challenges, and lessons learned.
- Maintain coordination with other related project activities e.g. community engagement, leadership, and governance.
- Participate in routine progress reviews and data presentations identifying trends and adjusting as required.
- Assist in the implementation of national policies, strategies, and protocols related to Reproductive Health and Emergency Obstetric Care.
- Support the provincial RH officer and mentorship program coordinator in the drafting of donor-required reports.

Job Requirement
- Interpersonal and managerial and conflict resolution skills.
- Communication skills and knowing the local language.
- Certificate of RMNCAH-related trainings.
- Be able to work in remote areas (it is working and staying during the nights)
- Familiar with the FHH Concept
- Knowledge/skill of computer (Microsoft Office)
