OHPM selected by the UNICEF and is responsible to delivering the HER (BPHS & EPHS) in Kapisa, Paktika, Helmand & Herat provinces and implementing other vertical projects in Khost, Parwan, Panjshir, Zabul, Nimroz and Kandahar provinces funded by the UNICEF, UNDP, UNFPA, WHO, WFP, according to established and agreed targets (for quality and coverage), and thereby contribute to achieving the goals of the Ministry of Public Health which are to: Reduce maternal and newborn mortality, Reduce under 5 mortality, improve child health and nutrition.
Job Description
- The TSFP assistant is responsible for distribution of TSFP commodities to the TSFP clients of relevant health facility;
- Arrange the PLWs (Pregnant and Lactating Women) for distribution of food;
- Registration of PLWs in Food distribution register;
- Keeping and storing Food and other Materials;
- Prepare and submit the report on monthly basis
- Keep update of relevant stock cards and patient’s cards
- To cooperate and assist with all units/staff for the smooth implementation of TSFP project;
- Any other task assigned by the line supervisor
Job Requirement
- Degree: At least baccalaureate, preference will be given to Nurse/Midwife
- Experience: At least one year working experience as TSFP, Nutrition and Stock Management advantage in MoPH/BPHS health facilities;
- Priority will be given to local candidates near to the health facilites
