AFIAT, led by Management Sciences for Health (MSH) alongside a consortium of local and international partners, will provide sustainable improvements in maternal and child health, family planning and reproductive health, tuberculosis, and nutrition, particularly for women and pre-school children, youth, men, and rural Afghans. MSH and partners will support the GoA in increasing public and private investments in health, improving budget execution, increasing transparency and accountability, and fostering ownership.
