Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a person who is skilled in Web Developing and Designing. The web developer is responsible for design and development of websites. This position will directly report to head of technology department.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
- Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
- Create and maintain software documentation
- Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
- Create and deliver elegant visual interfaces using user-centric design principles
- Proficient in best practices for information architecture, interaction design, user-centered design processes, and a strong knowledge of UX principles and techniques
- Provide deliverable content such as wire-frames, site maps, page flow diagrams, comps and working prototypes. Throughout the project process.
- Extend and contribute corporate branding styles to page designs, style guides and graphics
- Deliver technically correct design files that adhere to all size, weight, and identity guidelines
- Conceive and create design solutions that address both the user's goals as well as business goals
- Exhibits a strong creative vision and ability to conceptualize creative ideas to drive improvements of website designs and overall user experience
- Develop and conceptualize comprehensive UI/UX design strategies for our brand and stakeholders
- Studies UX best practices and design requirements and creates UX design solutions through wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
- Provides guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and predicting user behavior to help drive conversions

Job Requirement
- 3+ years of web development experience
·- Strong JavaScript skills ( Will be writing JavaScript within Salesforce ( Lightning components) )
·- Salesforce development experience ( Lightning web components and JavaScript based development like Apex for salesforce)
·- Strong ability to learn, and teamwork are essential
·- Strong JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
·- SOQL (or SQL) knowledge
·- Salesforce development experience is a huge plus
·- Effective problem-solving skills
·- Ability to learn new or alternative technologies
·- Desire to work across the full stack of a web development environment including the Test Pyramid and deployment pipeline
·- Strong software engineering design and programming fundamentals (such as Design Patterns and Design Principles i.e. SOLID, DRY, etc.)
·- Responsive Web Design using fluid grids and CSS
·- Familiarity with server-side scripting technologies and development
·- Version control knowledge using Git with Gitflow
·- Writes clean, maintainable code and refactors and improves the codebase as they add features to it
·- Feels that testing is a core part of their development process, experience with TDD is desirable
·- Enjoys collaborating with team members, pair programming, reviewing code and white-boarding problems
·- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment

Job Requirements for Web Designer:
·- 2+ years of hands-on experience in visual or interactive design
·- Develop and present working mock-ups
·- Detailed understanding of color, space, and typography
·- Keen eye for detail and a proven track record producing consistent clean icons, graphics, and layouts
·- Skills in major graphic software programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver
·- Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills
