Job Description
II-SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- To intensify the transfer of messages to society at the institutes together with other staff
- Sensitize and empower employees of CAF work for the healthy life of the community.
- Create a cross-community network where hurdles and best practices regarding healthy life style transfer can be openly discussed, where people can learn from each other and where new models can be tested
- Promotors motivate colleagues and act as role models to think and act entrepreneurially
- They initiate changes in the area of healthy life style messages transfer
- You accompany transfer teams, initiate innovation projects and test new habits at the community
- You are in close contact with CAF and support in finding relevant strategies, teams and people for technology transfer
- You are a bridge builder and connect the right people in your environment
- You strongly believe that MoPH develops excellent health and nutrition strategies that do not end up in a drawer but need to be made available to society - and you want to contribute to this?
- You are enthusiastic about innovative ideas and would like to bring more Developmental thinking into the project?
- You are looking for an exchange with like-minded CAF and PPHD colleagues on best practices regarding healthy life style transfer, innovation, intra- and entrepreneurship - and this across institute and hierarchy boundaries
- Do you want to help shape technology transfer within MOPH and be the contact person at your institute?
- You are communicative and like to accompany others in the implementation of ideas
Job Requirement
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
- He or she has to have deep familiarity and understating of people, community, and cultural roles and norms. Have knowledge about community habits
- We will prefer to recruit graduates from sociology University.
- The applicant has to have work experience with community-relevant projects, Like Citizen Charter, Community Based programs, solidarity, CDC (Community Development Console
- Ability to solve problems, with the community.
- Ability to communicate with local languages.
- Ability to work under pressure situations.
- The ability to Coordination and effective communication with authorities and community elders.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years’ experience in the relevant position.
SKILLS:
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to solving issues.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to create a supportive working relationship with all project teams
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work on Microsoft Office, Excel, World
