Job Description
- The M&E and Reporting officer will be responsible for all the tasks related to monitoring and reporting of CBNP/WIFS project to ensure high quality program implementation and timely reporting;
- Responsible for data entry and maintaining the project database ensuring project information is up-to-date and accurate;
- Develop and update the project monitoring plan and monitor the indicators of the project;
- Responsible for the data collection, compilation and analysis;
- Provide feedback about findings to CBNP supervisor and develop follow up action plan;
- Provide feedback to the Project Coordinator on project activities;
- Prepare monitoring reports using data collection tools developed by PND;
- Conduct supportive supervision visits to CBNP training sites at district level;
- Assisting in preparing quarterly and annual progress reports.
Job Requirement
- MD degree from a recognized medical faculty;
- A minimum of two years’ experience with in M&E in NGOs;
- Ability and willingness to travel to rural locations in districts;
- Fluency in written and spoken local language;
- Proficiency in writing in English
